- Payment-related information, which is collected and processed by our third-party booking and payment providers. We do not store complete payment card numbers on our own systems.

- Service Providers. Third parties that perform services on our behalf, including our booking and customer-management platform (Urable), payment processors, and communication providers, each of which is authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us;
- Advertising and Analytics Providers. Providers such as Google, which assist us in measuring advertising performance and improving our marketing, as further described in Section 5; and
- Legal and Protective Disclosures. Governmental authorities or other parties where required by applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Auto Klean, our customers, or others.
5. Cookies, Advertising, and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember your preferences, and evaluate our advertising. These technologies include Google Ads conversion tracking, which enables us to understand when a website visit or completed booking results from one of our advertisements.
We may additionally use Google Enhanced Conversions. Under this feature, when you complete a booking, we may transmit to Google a securely and irreversibly hashed representation of certain contact information you have provided, such as your email address, so that Google may more accurately attribute the conversion to our advertising. Such information is hashed prior to transmission and is used solely for conversion measurement.
Most web browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. You may also opt out of personalized advertising from Google by visiting adssettings.google.com.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, maintain records of your appointments, comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
7. Your California Privacy Rights

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.
